Over the past few years, I’ve personally experienced significant changes and transitions, both as an individual and in my coaching and mentoring career. I’ve learned that coaching and motivation alone can’t take us beyond a certain point. I’ve had both breakdowns and breakthroughs, and these experiences have led me to explore various modalities.
In last few years, I’ve discovered and experimented with various traditional and innovative approaches, including art, play, mindfulness and creative movement therapies. These experiences have humbled me and deepened my understanding of myself.
What is SMCP?
SMCP stands for Subconscious Mind Cultivation Practices. I developed this knowledge and practice over the past two decades through my work with various clients. The basic idea is that our subconscious mind is like a garden that can be cultivated with discipline and understanding to create a paradigm shift, leading to remarkable results and breakthroughs.
After supporting many people during the challenging post-pandemic times, I realized that my sessions with individuals have evolved. Some of the insights and experiences I’ve gained over the past decade have become integrated into my sessions, making them more effective.
Many of you have asked about my current sessions, which are now mostly online or over the phone. I can tell you that they’re a creative blend of what I’ve learned and integrated into my daily life. This approach has not only benefited me personally but has also helped my regular clients.
