I use Fire Walks as a metaphor. A metaphor of possibility. The world is gifted with many Firewalk facilitators from Anthony Robbins to my dear friend Mitesh Khatri who conducts some awesome fire walk experiences. I part i learned from Mitesh and a part i learnt from an Old Shaman.

They both do it in a way that leaves people empowered and inspired brimming with energy and enthusiasm. And i love them both for impacting so many lives and people with their work.

I bring in the element of walking on fire with complete clarity, silence and unbound source of energy. Its more like a meditation. And then turn the whole experience into a high energy exchange such that each person walks through fire connects to a potential which has been there with human beings across ages. A potential to create and live life filled with possibilities. When a small community of people see this possibility, they together can alter & create new realities. Just imagine what it can do to a small community of key decision makers in your organization.

A metaphor that challenges existing paradigms, that creates a powerful possibility and then looking at key steps of charting your ways to walk on the fire of life’s challenges.

What we do differently is co-relate it to a limiting work or leadership paradigm and move through a detailed day long process of Appreciative Inquiry to create a new possibility and action steps towards that. Being grounded in challenges of reality and still reaching out and creating and living a new possibilities. Walking through the fires of known and unknown fears.
